Booking Condition

The user declares that he/she has read and fully understand the terms and general conditions of this agreement. And the user declares that he/she is of legal age (i.e. at least 18 years) and possess the legal capacity to acquire the services offered through the website of China Brilliance Tours International Co., Ltd. in accordance with the terms and general conditions of this agreement. 

In case of a reservation for minors under the age of 18 who are not being held responsible in any way for their own behavior, their parents or guardians must be responsible for payment for the expenses caused by the minor.

1. Deposit & Payment Terms: 
 1).  A non-refundable deposit of $200 USD per person is required for the final reservation.

 2).  A. The full &/or final payment is required 30 days prior to the the arrival at the destination.
       B. Or, a 50% of the total amount is required 30 days prior to the the arrival at the destination; and final payment of the rest of the account is due the day of arrival at the destination, in cash or by credit card, in the establishment of Beijing Brilliance Tours International Co., Ltd.

 (Note: If using credit card, we accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. If you want to pay by credit card, the local bank will charge a 4% commission as an extra amount)

 3). Failure to pay the balance of the trip under the booking conditions outlined above, the client will be assumed to has given up the reservation; the terms of cancellation section will apply.

 4). There is no refund for any services which a client voluntarily does not use.

 5). Payment by Bank Transfer is required to be made within 24 hours after receiving the conformation on the reservation, into the following bank account: (Click  HERE to request account details through EMAIL.)

To secure your reservation, please send us the bank receipt of your payment through email or by fax.

2. Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made strictly in writing.
Those cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the arrival of passengers will be subject to a charge / non-refundable deposit of $ 200 USD per person. The cancellation of services notified within 30 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to the following positions:

30-20 days:        20% of the total tour cost
20-10 days:        30% of the total tour cost
10- 3 days:         40% of the total tour cost
3 days or less:     50% of the total tour cost

In case of special dates and/ or destination reservations regarding payments or cancellations, a separate cancellation policy is applicable. You will be informed of these adjustments when receiving our confirmation.

- No Shows:
There can be situations of no-shows. Clients failing to arrivein time and place of departure (no-show) without advance notification will be treated as they cancel or desire not to take the trip.In this case, no refund will be granted in such a evemt, and the client need to pay up the full value of the reservation.

3. Alterations:
All prices mentioned in the itineraries are subject to availability and exchange rate differences without prior notice to clients. Any change in the prices of the items (exchange rates, transportation costs, fuel costs and other applicable dues and taxes) may lead to revisions of the final price of the trip, either up or down, on the amount of strict price changes mentioned.  

We will notify the clients of any of these changes in writing or by any possible means of communication.

However there will be no price change within 30 days prior to the departure of the trip.

4. Responsibilities:
The organizer and/or its affiliates are responsible for complying with the services mentioned in the programs but disclaim any responsibility for delays, strikes, quarantines, severe weather, earthquakes and any other force majeure and fortuitous events; as well as any loss, damage, accident or irregularity that might occur to clients and their belongings when these are caused by third party or beyond the control of the organizer and/or its affiliates.

5. Acceptance of the terms:
Making reservation for any services offered through this website constitutes a contractual arrangement between the client and the travel agency, and indicates the client's acceptance of the terms and conditions for the travel agency and the client.

6. Consumer Information:
1). Passports, Visas and documentation
All users without exception (including children) must have their legal travel documentation, i.e. Passport, Identification Card or other documentation, according to the laws of the country or countries to be visited.

2). About travel insurance
For the travel packages that do not include issuance in the price, clients will be informed of the obligation to purchase insurance in their home country to cover cancellation charges and/or a care insurance to cover repatriation costs in case of accident, illness or death.

We strongly suggest consumers of different citizenship to access the websites of their Ministry of the Foreign Affairs, in order to to get informed of the implicit risks at the probable destination or the trip and purchase insurances accordingly.

3). About reconfirmation of air tickets
It is recommended that travellers arrive at the airport 90 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights, and 240 minutes for international flights, especially when it involves connecting flights at any airport.

It is essential for the travellers to reconfirm their flights with the airlines at least 72 hours prior to the flight departure, since the flight schedules are subject to change by the airlines at any time without notification.

4). About luggages (Delay, destruction, loss or damage to luggages)
In case of luggage delay, the air carrier is liable for damage unless it took all reasonable measures to avoid the damage or it was impossible to take such measures

The airline is liable for destruction, loss or damage to baggage. In the case of checked baggage, it is liable even if not at fault, unless the baggage was defective. In the case of unchecked baggage, it is liable only if at fault.
